Shipping is only available to the United States (including Hawai’i and Alaska). In the future, I hope to open shipping internationally.

All of the creations are machine embroidered by Nicole on a single thread embroidery machine. Quality is deeply valued and I want to make sure that the product lasts a long time. That being said, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship.

All of the creations are crafted one at a time with full care and processing. If you are unsatisfied with your products, please contact titabunco@gmail.com within the 30 days of receiving your order for either a replacement or refund.

You will notice that on the inside of the design there is a thin white fabric. This is necessary for the embroidered stitches to stay bound together. The stabilizer will get softer throughout washes and do not affect the overall outcome of the visible design.
